The Tubular bag packaging machine uses one reel of packaging material:
The feed reels of the longitudinal sealing unit unwind the packaging material from the reel and then form a tube with the help of the forming set. This open tube is then filled with the product through the feed finger chain. The product filled in the tube is transported further on the packaging material until it reaches the lateral sealing unit. Here, the transversal sealing unit closes and cuts the filled tube of packaging material. The "finished tubular bags" are then transported further on the carry-off line.
