SMH-520-Servo Tubular bag packaging machine
The SMH-520 Tubular bag packaging machine is designed to process plastic films, sterile papers, and composite packaging materials. The packaging material is processed coming from a reel and formed into a bag through a forming set which is perfectly adjusted to your product. On the feeding conveyor – which can also be individually adjusted – the product is inserted into the formed bag. In a following step, the bag seams are sealed longitudinally and transversally. The cutting unit, which is integrated in the transversal sealing unit, cuts the bags to the desired length. VA-3 Universal film packaging machine
The universal film packaging machine is the most versatile of the packaging machines for technical parts. With the help of a simple forming set, the machine forms the flat film into a film tube which can then be filled with various products. Producing individual or multiple bags, bag compartments of same or different sizes, bags with or without perforations – anything is possible, even with the basic model. The machine can be adjusted for horizontal, vertical or diagonal operation. VA-3 Universal film packaging machine
VH-4 Four-side sealed bag packaging machine
The Vierrandsiegelbeutel-Verpackungsmaschine VH-4 is designed to package flat products. The packaging materials range from simple OPP films to sterile papers, and high-quality aluminium composite materials. Two reels of packaging materials for the upper and the bottom web are unwound for the production of the bags. A forming set adjusted to the features of the individual product is used to insert the product between the two webs of packaging material. The sealing units, designed for reels or sheets, seal the seams of the bags. The final diagonal cut cuts the bag to the desired length.
